In 2025, the RMU will, for the first time, present awards in the fields of Humanities and Social Sciences as well as Pharmaceutical Research & Innovative Medical Therapies.

Outstanding academic achievements by postdoctoral researchers are eligible for recognition. Nominations may be submitted by the deans of the respective faculties as well as the spokespersons of the relevant profile areas at the Rhine-Main Universities.

The nomination deadline for the Sybille Kalkhof-Rose Award in the Humanities and Social Sciences is 1 September 2025.
The nomination deadline for the RMU Award for Pharmaceutical Research & Innovative Medical Therapies, sponsored by the Frankfurt Foundation Quality of Medicines, is 30 September 2025.
