The workshop is aimed in particular at female scientists who, regardless of their career stage or position, want to promote diversity and fight discrimination in science and in their everyday working lives, and who would like to gain more knowledge or practical skills and find allies in this endeavor. Participants will address questions such as: How do I deal with discriminatory comments made by people around me? How can I promote an inclusive society without risking escalation? The training will be led by Mina Mangal, HR expert and founder of Diversity Connects.

The workshop is part of this year's RMU Weeks of Equal Opportunities, organized jointly by the Equal Opportunity Offices of Goethe University Frankfurt, Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz and Technical University of Darmstadt.
