RMU Networking Hour
Rethinking Networking
The RMU Networking Hour connects RMU employees through short, informal, and digital meetings. This collaborative format offers the opportunity to build contacts across disciplinary, functional, departmental, and institutional boundaries within RMU.
Participating RMU employees are regularly—up to a maximum of twelve times per year—randomly matched with a new RMU contact, enabling them to build a personal RMU network. Networking partners can arrange a bilateral exchange lasting 30 to 60 minutes with their assigned RMU contact and conduct it online. If other appointments are planned at the respective partner university, these can also be combined with the Networking Hour in an in-person format.
To date, around 150 people take part in each Networking Hour.
All interested RMU employees—from staff members to leaders in academia and administration at the three universities—can register online.
