RMU networking event for professors on the career path to a permanent professorship

On Thursday, 1 October 2026, the RMU networking event ‘Staying healthy through the qualification phase – strategies for better coping with challenges in everyday academic life’ will take place! All professors at the Rhine-Main Universities holding fixed-term W1 and W2 qualification posts – with or without a tenure track or development commitment – are welcome.
As the host and organiser of the event, JGU would like to give you the opportunity to exchange ideas, make new contacts and expand your existing network with colleagues from the Rhine-Main universities.
In addition, you will have the opportunity to explore the topic of health. You will learn how to strengthen your resilience in everyday academic life and, together, develop approaches to coping more healthily with professional demands. After all, it is often through dialogue that the most valuable insights emerge for constructively overcoming challenges.
