The alliance of the Rhine-Main Universities strives to make its website and mobile applications accessible in accordance with the provisions of the Hessian Equal Opportunities for Disabled Persons Act (HessBGG) and the Hessian Ordinance on Accessible Information Technology (HVBIT), implementing Directive (EU) 2016/2102.
This accessibility statement applies to the website at https://www.rhein-main-universitaeten.de/ as well as https://www.rhein-main-universitaeten.de/en. It does not cover additional pages hosted outside the alliance's central content management systems.
Present State of Compatibility with Regulations
The website currently complies only partially with the Hessian Ordinance on Accessible Information Engineering – BITV HE 2019.
Explanation
The Alliance of Rhine-Main Universities is currently undergoing an extensive website relaunch, which is not yet complete and involves design adjustments to improve accessibility.
