Description
Today, companies operate in an increasingly dynamic environment characterised by political uncertainty, technological developments, social change and growing sustainability requirements. These developments place new demands on organisational management systems. How can companies ensure that decisions and employee behaviour continue to align with the organisation’s strategic goals? What role do new technologies such as artificial intelligence, changing ways of working such as remote working, or increasing demands for sustainability reporting play in this? The presentation provides an overview of key forms of corporate governance and, drawing on current research projects, discusses how companies can adapt their governance mechanisms to a changing environment.
