Our entire (working) lives depend on our decisions. In today's fast-paced and constantly changing world of work, managers must make quick decisions at short notice.
This seminar shows you how a structured decision-making process can look, how you can approach decisions in a solution-oriented way, and how you can find a well-argued, relevant decision by narrowing down the problem, using current methods for finding solutions, and going through an iterative decision-making process. The focus is on solutions to leadership issues and those arising from project management.
