In the kick-off meeting on 23 February, an external professional trainer will introduce participants to the “peer group supervision” method. Afterwards, Peer Groups will hold regular, self-organized meetings. There will also be two additional meetings with an external trainer in the middle of and at the end of the year. 

The Postdoc Peer Groups of the Goethe Research Academy for Early Career Researchers (GRADE)  offer postdocs at the Rhine-Main Universities the possibility for interdisciplinary exchange between colleagues, to learn from each other and to discuss and work in individual questions. The focus is on questions of personal and professional development – not on research questions from one’s own particular field.
