Description

Digitalization is profoundly changing our working world. Many processes, hybrid teams, communication channels, and habits have changed in a short period of time. Working from home, video conferencing, and flexible working hours have become an integral part of everyday life. But these new opportunities also bring new challenges: How can I maintain structure and connectedness for myself and my team when the team no longer meets every day? How can I deal with constant change—professionally, organizationally, and personally?

This seminar focuses on you and your experiences in a hybrid work environment. We take the time to reflect:

What do I find difficult about digital and hybrid work?

Where are my own stumbling blocks or limitations?

How can cohesion be created when personal encounters become less frequent? Which rituals and forms of communication strengthen trust and cooperation, even across the screen?

Also exciting for you: After the seminar, you will receive five needs-based follow-up prompts by email – with compact refresher courses on the content covered, practical implementation ideas, and the opportunity to exchange ideas within the network and with the trainer.

Benefit:

The seminar provides space for exchange, reflection, and practical inspiration. Together, you will develop individual solutions for not only managing digital work, but also actively shaping it—with clarity, confidence, and a new perspective on collaboration in modern administration.
