Participants learn the basics of process management at TU Darmstadt and apply them in a practical context. The most important methods and terms in process management (such as processes, process cycles, process architecture, and process roles) are explained using practical examples. The program is rounded off with basic methods for selecting and modeling simple processes, which participants test in practice using examples from their own working environment.
