In this course, participants will learn about:

• Participants will learn how to organize, upload, preprocess, compute, and post-process in a structured manner to optimize resource utilization and enhance computational efficiency.
• Through hands-on exercises, participants will develop skills in setting up and optimizing programs for parallel processing, understanding resource requirements, and documenting workflows for improved reproducibility and portability.
• We will introduce  the FAIR Guiding Principles for scientific data management and stewardship (FAIR Principles: Findable, Accessible, Interoperable, Reusable).
