Voice and Body Language in Teaching

Description
On Day 1, a trained actor will teach the fundamentals of breathing, speech, and body language through hands-on instruction and exercises. The workshop is therefore also aimed at experienced educators, who will have the opportunity to reflect individually on aspects of speech and body language in their teaching. On Day 2, participants will give presentations based on their own teaching and receive detailed (video) feedback on them. The individual presentations and feedback will be recorded on video and made available to participants afterward.
Objectives:
Participants
- will be familiar with key aspects of breathing, speaking, and body language in presentations and will have completed relevant exercises under the guidance of a trained actor or actress.
- will have examined their own strengths and weaknesses when presenting.
- will have delivered their own 10-minute presentation and received detailed (video) feedback on it.
