Device Description

Laser Powder Bed Fusion (PBF-LB) printer – 500 W single-mode fiber laser (1080 nm) – Dual pyrometry (melt pool thermal radiation measurement) and high-speed CMOS camera (build chamber monitoring) – Induction heating for the build chamber up to 1200 °C – Specifically integrated gas purification system (O₂ < 15 ppm, H₂O < 25 ppm) – Build chamber dimensions: Ø 70 mm × H 150 mm, Ø 170 mm × H 250 mm, and Ø 55 mm × H 200 mm.

Device Application

The system is capable of processing very high‑melting‑point alloys (e.g., refractory and rare‑earth metals) while maintaining an ultra‑clean gas environment and providing strong heating of the build chamber.
