Device Description

The AMAZEMET rePowder is a scalable development system for producing spherical metal powders for additive manufacturing. The system uses ultrasonic atomization of molten metals to generate high-purity, fine powders with narrow particle size distributions. Thanks to its modular design, user-friendly operation, and integrated safety features, the atomizer is ideally suited for research, prototyping, and materials development.

Device Application

Production of powders from a wide variety of materials, including titanium, nickel, and aluminum alloys. The resulting powders meet high‑quality requirements for use in DED, L‑PBF, or binder‑jetting processes. Application areas include aerospace, medical technology, and materials research.
