Device Description
The 500 MHz NMR spectrometer uses a 5 mm TXI 1H [13C, 15N] with Z-GRD and has three independent frequency channels.
Device Application
The spectrometer is used for rapid tests to determine whether, for example, protein samples are correctly folded. The spectrometer is also used to develop new NMR experiments. The system is used exclusively for liquid NMR.
