Device Description
CW-DNP using a helical and a Fabry-Perot resonator with simultaneous excitation of electron, 1H/19F, and 13C/31P, gyrotron with a microwave power of 10 W and a frequency of 263 GHz.
Device Application
The applications of high-field NMR in the nanoliter range include detailed dynamic analyses of large or complex biomolecules such as membranes, proteins, nucleic acids, and nucleic acid-protein complexes. The system is used exclusively for liquid-state NMR.
