Device Description
The 600 MHz NMR spectrometer uses a 1.7 mm TCI cryo 1H [13C, 15N] with Z-GRD and has three independent frequency channels.
Device Application
The spectrometer is operated exclusively in automated mode. The probe head is optimized for small quantities of substance, as the measurement volume is only 30µl. The spectrometer is equipped with a high-throughput sample changer for 596 samples, which can be temperature-controlled during measurement. In addition to screening, experiments to determine the binding constants of ligands are also carried out on the spectrometer. The system is used exclusively for liquid NMR.
