Device Description
The 800 MHz NMR spectrometer uses a 5 mm TCI cryo 1H [13C, 15N] with Z-GRD and has four independent frequency channels.
Device Application
The applications of high-field NMR include detailed structural and dynamic analyses of large or complex biomolecules such as proteins, membrane proteins, RNA, and RNA-protein complexes. The probe head has a very high sensitivity, which also enables in-cell NMR. In addition, it is possible to guide an optical fiber directly into the magnet and couple it with a laser. In this way, light-induced kinetics can be measured. The system is used exclusively for liquid NMR.
