Device Description
The device is equipped with a magnet that allows probe heads with larger diameters to be used. This enables special applications in solid-state NMR. The spectrometer is equipped with efree 3.2 mm MAS 1H/15N/13C, 3.2 mm MAS 1H/X with illumination option, and 0.7 mm MAS 1H/19F/15N/13C probe heads. The device has four independent frequency channels.
Device Application
Applications of high-field NMR include detailed structural and dynamic analyses of large or complex biomolecules. The focus of this device is on measuring membrane proteins in a lipid environment.
