Device Description
The 600 MHz NMR spectrometer uses a 5 mm QCI cryo 1H [13C, 15N, 19F] with Z-GRD and has four independent frequency channels.
Device Application
In addition to standard protein and RNA experiments for characterizing and studying the dynamics of biomacromolecules, the spectrometer is used for ligand- and target-based screening of large substance libraries. The spectrometer is equipped with a high-throughput sample changer for 596 samples, which can be temperature-controlled during measurement. In addition, the probe head enables 19F experiments with proton coupling. Furthermore, it is possible to guide an optical fiber directly into the magnet and couple it with a laser. In this way, light-induced kinetics can be measured. The system is used exclusively for liquid NMR.
