Device Description
The 600 MHz NMR spectrometer uses a 5 mm TCI cryo 1H [13C, 15N] with Z-GRD and has three independent frequency channels.
Device Application
The installed probe head is optimized for maximum sensitivity, which is why the spectrometer is used in particular for experiments to determine the dynamics in biomacromolecules. In addition, bio-NMR experiments are also carried out on proteins and RNA. The spectrometer is also used to develop new NMR experiments. The system is used exclusively for liquid NMR.
