Device Description
The 950 MHz NMR spectrometer uses a 5 mm TCI cryo 1H [13C, 15N] with Z-GRD and has four independent frequency channels.
Device Application
Applications of high-field NMR include detailed structural and dynamic analyses of large or complex biomolecules such as proteins, membrane proteins, RNA, and RNA-protein complexes, achieving higher sensitivity and resolution for the investigation of these challenging samples. The probe head has a very high sensitivity, which also enables in-cell NMR. The system is used exclusively for liquid NMR.
