Device Description
The device is equipped with a special Cryo MAS probe head that enables measurements at -170°C, as well as a microwave source. This allows DNP measurements to be performed, resulting in a significant increase in sensitivity.
Device Application
The device is used to investigate issues that cannot be addressed with the sensitivity of conventional devices. The increased sensitivity is accompanied by reduced resolution. Proteins, RNA, and protein complexes are investigated.
