Device Description
Our Nanostring nCounter SPRINT Profiler has a 12-sample cartridge loader and enables the analysis of validated human and murine gene expression panels with 600–800 genes from the fields of immunology, oncology, neuroscience, infectious diseases, miRNAs, cell and gene therapy, and cardiovascular diseases. Protocols for RNA analysis from fresh, fresh/frozen, FFPE, and archived sample material (biopsies, blood, etc.) are available.
Device Application
Our Nanostring nCounter SPRINT Profiler is used for precise, reproducible RNA expression analyses in clinical and translational research projects.
