Device Description
The Rigaku SmartLab SE is a versatile X-ray diffractometer for crystallographic analysis of solid materials. It is suitable for qualitative and quantitative phase analysis, texture studies, lattice parameter measurements, and characterization of thin films. Thanks to its modular design and automated switching mechanisms, various measurement geometries can be quickly implemented. The integrated software, SmartLab Studio II, supports users in data acquisition, evaluation, and interpretation.
