Device Description
The SPECTRUMA GDA 750 is a GDOES system (Glow Discharge Optical Emission Spectroscopy) for rapid, high-resolution analysis of the chemical composition and layer thickness of metallic and coated samples. Using high-frequency glow discharge plasma, the material is ablated layer by layer and analyzed, enabling precise depth profiling of alloys and thin films.
Device Application
The system is ideally suited for characterizing metallic workpieces, protective coatings, diffusion zones, and galvanizing systems.
