Device Description
The Stresstech G3R is a mobile X-ray diffractometer system for determining residual stresses in metallic materials. Using X-rays, the crystallographic lattice deformation is analyzed to non-destructively measure mechanical residual stresses.
Device Application
The intuitive software control simplifies data acquisition and analysis. The G3R system is used in materials science, process control, and the evaluation of mechanical post-processing techniques such as shot peening, grinding, or welding.
