Device Description
Liquid chromatography system coupled with a FAIMS interface and an Orbitrap Fusion Lumos Tribrid mass spectrometer (Thermo Fisher Scientific, Bremen, Germany). It offers high resolution, sensitivity, and ion separation efficiency for complex proteome analyses.
Device Application
The system is routinely used for label-free and label-based quantitative proteomics and is primarily intended for TMT-SPS-MS³-based global proteome profiling of fractionated samples with high pH and TMT-multiplexed pSILAC samples, which can be analyzed with TMD-MS² and MS³ methods for in-depth quantitative and dynamic proteome studies.
