A nano-LC system coupled with an Orbitrap mass spectrometer (Thermo Fisher Scientific, Bremen, Germany).
Device Application
The system is routinely used for comprehensive proteome analysis and supports label-free and label-based quantitative proteomics, shotgun proteomics (discovery proteomics), phosphoproteomics, and peptide-based biomarker studies. It enables both global profiling and targeted validation using LFQ (DIA and DDA), TMT, SILAC, and PRM.
