Device Description
High-resolution S/TEM with an X-FEG electron source, enabling bright-field S/TEM, annular dark-field STEM, and high-resolution S/TEM imaging; electron diffraction; EDS and EELS spectrum acquisition and imaging; as well as S/TEM and EDS tomographic analyses.
