A Nano-Flow liquid chromatography system (Ultimate 3000) coupled with an Orbitrap Q Exactive Plus mass spectrometer (Thermo Fisher Scientific, Bremen, Germany).
Device Application
The system is routinely used for label-free quantitative proteomics in data-dependent acquisition (DDA) mode and is optimized for in-gel proteome analyses, such as blue native complexome profiling of excised gel pieces, enabling detailed characterization of protein complexes and their composition.
