Device Description

A nano-flow liquid chromatography system coupled with an Orbitrap Fusion Ascend Tribrid mass spectrometer (Thermo Fisher Scientific, Bremen, Germany), which offers exceptional resolution, sensitivity, and ion separation efficiency for advanced proteome analysis.

Device Application

The system is routinely used for label-free (DIA and DDA) and label-based quantitative proteomics and is primarily intended for global proteome profiling of fractionated samples with high pH values and TMT-multiplexed pSILAC samples using TMT-SPS real-time MS³ methods. It also supports comprehensive quantitative and dynamic proteomic studies of pSILAC samples using TMD real-time MS² and MS³ methods. In addition, the platform supports a variety of advanced applications, including deep phosphoproteomics, post-translational modification (PTM) mapping, crosslinking mass spectrometry (XL-MS) for analyzing protein-protein interactions, immunopeptidomics, and targeted quantification using parallel reaction monitoring (PRM).
