Device Description
The v|tome|x s 240 is a high-resolution industrial computed tomography system for non-destructive testing and 3D material analysis. Equipped with a 240-kV microfocus and nanofocus X-ray tube and a high-quality flat-panel detector, the system is ideally suited for detailed investigations of plastic, light metal, and composite material components.
Device Application
