Device Description
Lattice light sheet microscope for gentle, volumetric long-term microscopy of living cells with minimal phototoxicity. Enables high-resolution imaging of large volumes and the visualization of dynamic processes in time series.
Device Application
Subcellular imaging of living cells over long periods of time, rapid volumetric imaging of cell clusters or tissues, and analysis of particularly light-sensitive samples. Other applications include experiments in expansion microscopy and connectomics research.
