This year’s Postdoc Career Weeks at the Rhine-Main Universities (RMU) will take place from 8 June to 19 June 2026. 

The two-week event will feature a wide range of workshops and event designed to help advanced doctoral candidates and postdocs promote their academic qualifications and actively shape their professional futures.

Through numerous workshops and sessions, learn more about funding opportunities, career paths (both within and outside the university), research-related skills, and get to know experienced researchers and your university contacts. Take advantage of this opportunity to network with other researchers from the Rhine-Main region and establish a professional network.

The event will primarily take place online and in English. A few courses will be offered in German and on the campus of Johannes Gutenberg University (JGU) Mainz.

Important: Early registration is required, as some workshops have limited capacity. The respective university quotas will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
