Do you want to achieve meaningful and positive results together with your team?
The Enter the Gap model has been developed for dealing constructively with challenging situations. It is based on the principles and techniques of modern science, coaching, mediation, systems theory, hypnosystemics, Asian martial arts, and practical leadership and life experience.
This program focuses on leadership attitudes and how to create and maintain a space for yourself and your team, especially in challenging moments and situations, where good solutions can be developed despite the existing pressure.
