In this facilitated session of Peer-to-Peer Coaching you will
- be guided through the process of building a coaching group based on confidentiality
- experience a full session of Peer-to-Peer Coaching and its benefits
- learn how to moderate the session
- experience the methods used in Peer-to-Peer Coaching
To participate in this coaching session, you must have attended the introductory information session “Peer Counseling – a method for Peer-to-Peer Coaching” on Tuesday, June 9.
Supervisor:
Ed Eller is a systemic coach and mediator with more than 20 years of experience in leadership development and the facilitation of team processes. She has worked as an independent counselor with scientists as well as with executives from a variety of commercial sectors since 2003. Additionally, she is Head of ADA Lovelace Talent Development at JGU.
Target group: Early Career Researchers (R1, R2, R3) from TU Darmstadt, JGU Mainz and GU Frankfurt
